S.I.T.E. Training is an unforgettable, immersive and experiential training experience.  During S.I.T.E.,  we pull participants into deep-level conversations and exploration of their own emotions in which real world situations challenge their behavioral decisions.  Through the conversation, a story is unpacked that causes participants to come face to face with their emotions and belief systems while challenging them to  rethink situations, apply new skills, and make more mindful, positive behavioral decisions.  By placing individuals under the pressure of having to make critical judgments and decisions in a safe, real-time setting we are able to create fundamental shifts in how they respond to and react in such circumstances.

When it comes to creating the most productive, engaged workplace, effective communication is a top contributor to success. Good communication is also an active contributor to positive workplace diversity. And, considering 83% of millennials surveyed in a Nielsen study admit to sleeping with their smartphone, while more than 30% use social media in the bathroom, it is more important than ever that we not let quality communication fall to the wayside. Our Workplace Communication Training is a holistic approach to overall communication practices in the workplace.  During this training, we will address internal and external communications, interpersonal communications, and leadership communication.
